I haven’t posted any new wine tastings over here because we’ve been revisiting a wine that I reviewed the other day, for the Grocery Outlet Wine Blog. (It’s a blog solely devoted to wines you can find on the Grocery Outlet Shelves, not affiliated in any way with the stores. Simply, the “best and the worst” of wines available to Grocery Outlet shoppers, written by local consumers.)
This wine is sourced out of Lodi and as I mentioned in one of the review comments, not a place I’d expect to find Pinot Noir. It is tasty, very unusual (for a Pinot Noir) and only $7.99 at Grocery Outlet. I recommend it for the taste & price. It’s currently available on Amazon for $25 and at the winery for $18.60.
